4. Terms and conditions:

Fees for attendance to training workshops must be received seven days before workshop commencement date.

A hundred per cent (100%) cancellation fee will be levied should you cancel 48 hours prior to commencement of the workshop.

A fifty per cent (50%) cancellation fee will be levied should you cancel one week prior to the commencement of the workshop.

Redpeg cannot be held liable for any losses or damage to property brought to any of their workshop venues.

Redpeg cannot be held liable for any injuries occurring at any of their workshop venues.

Redpeg reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop should the number of bookings not justify the presentation of the workshop.

Bookings will be regarded as confirmed on receipt of a duly completed training enrolment form and serves as an official purchase order and implies liability for payment.

Dates set for training sessions, portfolio workshops and portfolio submission dates are binding and failure to attend or submit will require re-application into the learning process with the related fees being due.

A submission date for the portfolio of evidence is given to the delegate during training, if the delegate does not submit his/her portfolio of evidence on time an additional fee will be charged for the portfolio to be assessed.

Redpeg reserves the right to amend its course fees and training dates from time to time.
