  • Apply food handling retail or wholesale practices (SAQA US ID: 7609; Credits: 20; NQF Level: 2)
  • Attending to customers (SAQA US ID: 7633; Credits: 20; NQF Level: 2)
  • Processing stock (SAQA US ID: 8261; Credits: 12; NQF Level: 4)
  • Processing retail/wholesale documents (SAQA US ID: 8273; Credits: 12; NQF Level: 2)
